MS. LISA ebenstein

Ms. Ebenstein is responsible for numerous commercial properties on the east coast. She also manages company assets and oversees acquisitions and new development opportunities.

Ms. Ebenstein graduated from Emory University, cum laude, with a B.A. in Economics. While at Emory, she was active in Delta Phi Epsilon and played on the Emory club tennis team. Ms. Ebenstein graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, summa cum laude and was the recipient of the Bruce J. Winick Award for Academic Excellence, an award given to the top 1% of the law school class. She was a member of the University of Miami Law Review where she published an article titled: New Dimensions: 3D Printing and Intellectual Property Laws.

Prior to joining Capital Commercial Properties, she was a law clerk at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where she focused on real estate and corporate law and at Gutter Chaves Josepher Rubin Forman Fleisher P.A. where she worked on estate planning and tax law.

During her final year of law school, Ms. Ebenstein clerked for Judge Milton Hirsch in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, Criminal Division of Florida. In her leisure time, she enjoys playing tennis, attending concerts, going to the beach, and spending time with her mini labradoodle.
